A dish with a distinctive flavor. The smoked pork chops have distinctive smoky flavor, no "leveling" and is very tasty and tender. In the series-smoking Pader, you will find various smoker steak variations to suit all tastes.
Ingredients for 4-6 people
100 ml olive oil
2 large onions, cut into medium slices (or 4-5 green onions, chopped)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can whole tomatoes, with their juice, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. tablespoons tomato paste
1 tsp. teaspoon sugar
4-5 allspice grains
3-4 pins clove
1 bay leaf
2 kg of potatoes, preferably organic, peeled and sliced quartered
1 package smoked steak Pader, which cut into pieces-bites
1 cup. tea chopped dill, without coarse stalks
salt, freshly ground pepper
In a large, heavy skillet heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the onions (or spring onions), salt and pepper. The sizzle for 2-3 minutes, until tender well and add the garlic.
Cook for ½ - 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon until you scatter its fragrance, and hurl the tomatoes with their juice, tomato paste, sugar, spices, cloves and bay leaf. Mix and, once the mixture boil, add the potatoes and water as necessary so that the cover completely. Once the liquid retake a boil lower the fire, misoskepazo the pan and is cooked for 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are tender enough.
Add the cubed steak, check seasoning and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, stirring a few times carefully, until tender and meat. I throw dill, stir gently and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
